Starting off with dinner in Surry Hills, we met up with Chris, Ruth and some of Chris’ mates from Liverpool. Mark and Nick were absolutely hilarious, we had our own stand up comedians and we all laughed so much that we had sore jaws! After food we headed down to Circular Quays with our secret grog (rum & coke), cleaverly disguised in coke bottles and just to be safe hidden down the guys’ trousers; to our view of the harbour.
The fireworks were amazing and the view we had was fantastic. After fighting our way through the crowds we managed to jump on a bus back to Bondi and finished the evening with a few drinks back at the unit. Welcome 2009.
